PDMR Transactions
 
The Company announces that on 29 March 2021, Mr Gareth Davies and Mr Paul Roberts, directors of the Company, exercised 8,000 options each over ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") with an exercise price of 375 pence. These exercises together with the exercise of another 8,000 options at the same price on behalf of another executive were satisfied by the allotment of 24,000 new Ordinary Shares. Subsequently, all of these shares were sold to the Wynnstay ESOP ("the ESOP") at a market price of 505 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, the holdings of Ordinary Shares of each of the directors remain unchanged at 31,787 for Mr Davies and 98,998 for Mr Roberts, jointly representing approximately 0.6 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. 
 
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of above transactions.
