The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on at 2.30pm on Tuesday 18
July 2023 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS. Details
of the arrangements for the meeting are set out in the notice of meeting in
the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
