Wynnstay Properties Plc, the AIM listed property investment and development company focused on Industrial, Retail and Office in the South and East of England, today received notification that Toby Parker, Finance Director and Company Secretary of Wynnstay, now has a total beneficial holding of 18,250 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.57% of issued share capital in the Company, following his inheritance of a 50% share in a deceased relative's self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") of 3,000 Ordinary Shares, which includes 2,000 Ordinary Shares purchased on 20 February 2019 as previously announced.

 

The latest total number of Ordinary Shares in issue in the Company is 3,155,267.
