** Internet of Things co enters agreement with property developer Riverstown to deploy its X2M Smart Energy solution at the Glanmire Park estate in Australia

** X2M Smart Energy solution consists of integrated energy offering, including upgraded solar, among others

** Expects revenue opportunity of about A$1.6 million ($1.13 million)

** Stock down 43.8% YTD
