** Technology co hits highest level since January 13 after securingA$3 million ($1.93 million) contract from the City of Seoul

** Contract to deliver 100,000 Internet of Things (IoT) connected personal safety devices

** Says the project has the potential to scale to 1 million units

** More than 925,100 shares changed hands in their busiest day since March 12

** Rise in shares helps cut YTD losses to ~16%
