** Shares of drug developer X4 Pharmaceuticals  XFOR.O  rise
~10.6% to 81 cents before the bell
    ** Co says the U.S. FDA accepted its marketing application
for a treatment targeted at individuals aged 12 and older with
an immune disorder called WHIM 
    ** FDA has granted priority review and assigned a decision
date of April 30, 2024
    ** Up to last close, shares down 26.2% YTD
