A rise in Apple led a rebound in technology shares and boosted all three major
stock indexes on Thursday, while trade worries eased after China said it was
open to fresh talks with the United States.  .N 

At 12:38 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.54 percent at
26,140.15. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.54 percent at 2,904.53 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was up 0.94 percent at 8,028.946.
