** Shares of drug developer  XBIT.O  jump ~15% to $21.1
premarket; among top pct gainers across U.S. exchanges
    ** Co says its COVID-19 test for identifying convalescent
plasma can now be used after U.S. FDA's emergency approval for

    ** XBIT and BioBridge Global jointly developed the test,
which can detect antibodies present in patient blood that
specifically attack the COVID-19 virus
    ** President Donald Trump on Sunday hailed FDA's move, a day
