X-Fab falls after guidance cut, Malaysian factory incident

** France-listed semiconductor foundry X-Fab  XFAB.PA  falls
9.4% at 0800 GMT to the bottom of France's CAC Technology index
 .FRTEC , after it cut full-year guidance due to an incident in
its Malaysian factory
    ** The company said rework of the affected material is
moving $15 million-$20 million of sales into 2025
    ** Analysts of Degroof Petercam said in a note the incident
will cause it to miss expectations for Q4
    ** Another miss was due to sluggish end markets and
inventory adjustments at clients towards Q4, the broker said
    ** The shares are on track for their worst day since
February, if losses hold
