Board changes

 

Xaar plc ("Xaar" or "the Group" or "the Company"), the leading inkjet printing
technology group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ben Stocks as
Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director.

 

Ben will join the Board on 1 October 2025 and on appointment will be Chairman
of the Board. He will serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee and
Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

 

As previously disclosed, Andrew Herbert has served nine years on the Board and
planned to step down once a successor has been appointed.  It is now
confirmed that Andrew will step down from his role as Chairman and leave the
Board on 30 September 2025.

 

Ben Stocks was CEO of Porvair PLC from 1998 to 2025, during which time Porvair
transformed from a mainly UK based materials company into a global specialist
filtration business with operations in the USA, UK, Europe and Asia. Ben has
more than 35 years' experience in management leadership positions and held
senior executive positions with Courtaulds PLC and Carnauld Metal Box. He is
currently a non-executive director of City of London Investment Group plc,
chairman of its nomination committee and a member of the audit, risk and
remuneration committees. In addition, Ben is the senior independent
non-executive director of the Aerospace Technology Institute and chairman of
its remuneration committee. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and MA (Hons) from St.
Andrews University.

The Company confirms there is no further information to be disclosed under the
requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to the appointment of Ben
