Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 23 March 2015 Robin Williams, Senior Independent Director, acquired 2,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 390 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Williams' beneficial interest in the Company is 4,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.005% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
