The Company was notified on 17 March 2016 that on 16 March 2016 Margaret Rice-Jones, Non-Executive Director, acquired 5,700 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 440 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mrs Rice-Jones' beneficial interest in the Company is 5,700 Ordinary Shares representing 0.007% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
