The Company has been notified that on 30 April 2015 and 1 May 2015, Doug Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 9,292 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 439 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Edwards' beneficial interest in the Company is 9,292 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
