The Company has been notified that on 06 May 2016, Doug Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 6,092 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 493.6198 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Edwards' beneficial interest in the Company is 32,913 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.042% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
