Grant of Options - Share Save
The Company announces that on 29 September 2014 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company were granted share options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the terms of the 2007 Share Save Scheme (the "Scheme"), at an exercise price per Ordinary Share of 3.38:

No consideration was paid for the grant of these options.
The options granted under the Scheme are, in normal circumstances, not exercisable until the completion of a 3 year savings period, which will end on 1 November 2017 and will then be exercisable for a period of 6 months. The exercise period will therefore be in normal circumstances, from 1 November 2017 until 30 April 2018.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1).
