PDMR Shareholding

Xaar plc (the "Company") was notified on 7 April 2022 that Graham Tweedale,
Chief Operations Officer, has sold a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between 29 March 2022 and 31
March 2022, at an average price of 245.5752 pence per Ordinary Share.
