** Shares of British inkjet printhead maker Xaar Plc XAR.L down 8% at 112.6 pence

** Stock top loser on FTSE all-share .FTAS index, which is up 0.3%

** Co posts first-half adjusted EBITDA down 15%

** Says expectations for 2025 remain unchanged

** Continues to expect revenue to be second-half weighted

** Including session's moves, XAR up ~59%, FTAS up ~11% YTD
