rise 13.4% to $1.4 premarket
    ** Co reports research collaboration and option agreement  
with Horizon Therapeutics Plc  HZNP.O  
    ** XERS, under the terms, to develop a ready-to-use
injection of its U.S. FDA approved thyroid eye disease (TED)
drug Tepezza using its formulation technology XeriJect  
    ** TED is a vision-threatening rare autoimmune disease
    ** XERS to receive an upfront payment and sales-based
milestone payments; Also royalties based on future sales if HZNP
exercises the option to license XERS's formulation technology 
    ** XERS down 56.7% YTD, as of last close
