("Xeros", the "Group" or the "Company")

 

Amendment to Block Admission Application

Further to the announcement of 20 October 2022, application to the London
Stock Exchange plc has been amended such that a block admission of 30,020,815
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") will be
admitted to trading on AIM on the 24 October 2022 ("Admission"). This is an
update to the figure of 127,195,640 and the admission date of 21 October 2022,
previously notified.

 

These new Ordinary Shares shall be issued and allotted from time to time
pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued to participants in the Company's
capital fundraise, announced 30 September 2022 ("Fundraising").  The new
Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with the Company's existing
issued Ordinary Shares. The Company will announce the number of Ordinary
Shares granted and admitted to trading under the block admission every 6
months, as required by the UK Listing Rules.

 

Further block admission applications may be made pursuant to the warrants
issued alongside the Fundraising should exercises occur and the number within
the block admission fall in the future.
