BLOCK LISTING SIX MONTHLY RETURN
 
The reporting period for this six monthly return has been extended beyond 31 December 2020 to include the 15 days to 15 January 2021.  This enabled inclusion below of a further 100,000 ordinary shares which were admitted to AIM today for the purposes of the Xeros Technology Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("EMI Scheme"); this was necessitated by the inadvertent breach during the period since 1 July 2020 of the number of shares previously subject to block listing for the purposes of the EMI Scheme.  As a consequence of the inclusion of the additional 15 days referred to above, the next block listing reporting period will cover the period from 15 January 2021 to 30 June 2021.
 
Please note that on 26 November 2020 a consolidation of the Company's share capital (including those subject to the block listing) became effective on a 1 for 100 basis; accordingly numbers of shares presented below are shown as though the consolidation took effect at the start of the reporting period.
