Total Voting Rights

Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG), the creator of technologies that reduce
the impact of clothing on the planet, confirms in conformity with the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that it has 150,980,123 Ordinary
Shares of 0.1 pence each in issue, none of which are held in treasury.

Shareholders may use the above figure as the denominator by which they are
required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
