 * Says company entered into a subscription agreement 
 * Gross proceeds from issue of the new h shares will be hk$30.4 million 
 * Part of proceeds will be used for repayment of the bank loans of the group 
 * Subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe for in aggregate 92 million new H shares for price of hk$0.33 per new H share
