April 7 (Reuters) - Long Ji Tai He Holding Ltd  1281.HK : 
 * Shijiazhuang xiangguang, as the purchaser and Hebei dingrui as vendor entered into the huaian agreement 
 * Says Hebei dingrui has agreed to sell 100% equity interests in huaian jingyang at the consideration of RMB7.2 million 
 * Baoding xuguang, as the purchaser entered into the longhua agreement with mr.du yizhong and ms. song qiaofeng as vendors 
 * Song qiaofeng have agreed to sell an aggregate of 84.58% equity interests in Beijing zhongneng at consideration of RMB8.5 million
