63.5% at $1.28 premarket
    ** Drug developer says its experimental drug was shown to be
safe and effective in treatment of a rare disease called
autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD)
    ** ADPKD is characterized by expansion of fluid-filled cysts
in the kidneys
    ** The drug candidate, xorlo, is an oral formulation of
oxypurinol which inhibits the production of uric acid, company
says
    ** The drug's oral formulation helps in increased absorption
of oxypurinol - XRTX 
    ** Company's shares fell ~55% in the past 12 months
