** Shares of commercial EV maker Xos Inc  XOS.O  up 3.4% at
$1.20 premarket
    ** Says it delivered 88 units in Q3, up 21% from Q2 
    ** "We've scaled up our manufacturing and production
capabilities significantly and look forward to continuing to
provide the vehicles and services needed to help fleets
seamlessly transition to battery-electric" - CEO Dakota Semler 
    ** Says on track to deliver 150-200 units in H2 2022, as
