Director/PDMR Shareholding

XP Power Limited ("the Company") has today been notified that Mike Laver,
President Global Sales and Marketing, sold 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1600p each. Following the
transaction, Mr. Laver has a beneficial interest in 119,969 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.
