Director/PDMR Shareholding

XP Power Limited ("the Company") has been notified that Mr. James Peters,
Chairman, today sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
(“Ordinary Shares”), at a price of 1700p each. Following the transaction,
Mr. Peters’ remains interested in 1,929,279 Ordinary Shares of the Company
representing 10.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
