** Shares of protective films and coatings provider  XPEL.O 
rise 6% to an all-time high of $58.33 
    ** XPEL acquires Veloce Innovation, a Texas-based provider
of architectural films for use in residential, commercial,
marine and industrial spaces
    ** XPEL intends to accelerate revenue generation in
architectural window films product segment through acquisition
    ** Co says acquisition closed on Dec. 31; Terms of deal were
not disclosed 
    ** XPEL stock had risen more than three-fold in 2020
