XPS Pensions Group plc have today been notified that Alan Bannatyne
(Non-Executive Chair) has announced his retirement from his role as Chief
Finance Officer at Robert Walters plc and will step down on the 1 September
2023, resulting in Alan's sole listed directorship being Chair of the Company.
