U.S. stocks posted slight gains on Monday, as technology stocks more than offset
a decline in healthcare sector, while investors awaited a high-stakes meeting
between U.S. and Chinese leaders at the G20 summit later this week. .N

26,783.52. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.12% at 2,953.86 and the Nasdaq Composite
.IXIC was up 0.06% at 8,036.601.
