US-listed shares of Xunlei jumps on Q3 profit

** U.S-listed shares of Chinese cloud services company Xunlei XNET.O rise nearly 12.8% to about $9 premarket

** Posts Q3 revenue of $126.4 million, an increase of 57.7% yoy driven by strong demand for its live-streaming and cloud computing services

** Co benefits from an unrealized pre-tax gain from its investment in Arashi Vision which amounted to $545.8 million in the third-quarter

** Reports Q3 adj. net income of $5.3 million, compared with $4.9 million in the same period a year ago

** XNET expects Q4 revenue to be in the range of $131 and $139 million

** As of last close, shares up 301% YTD
