XpresSpa Group rises on expanding operations to Istanbul

** Shares of spa services chain XpresSpa Group Inc  XSPA.O 
rise as much as 7% to 81 cents
    ** Stock last up 2.3%, on course for third straight session
of gains 
    ** XSPA says it is expanding its operations outside the
United States with the opening of XpresSpa locations at Istanbul
Airport in Turkey from September  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNXxCSm
    ** It is the first of five new XpresSpa locations expected
to open at Istanbul Airport 
    ** XSPA currently operates six locations outside the U.S
    ** Adds that the company expects to leverage its existing
footprint in Gulf Cooperation Council countries, opening more
operations in Abu Dhabi and across the region
    ** Stock has fallen ~61% this year
