XXL ASA board recommends shareholders against accepting UK's Frasers offer
May 5 (Reuters) - Norwegian retailer XXL ASA's XXL.OL board of directors on Monday recommended shareholders against accepting a buyout offer from Britain's Frasers FRAS.L, adding XXL shareholders with a long-term view on their investment do not accept the offer. The offer does not adequately reflect XXL's long-term earnings potential, the company said in a statement.
