maker Yadea Group Holdings 1585.HK climb 2.8% to HK$13.88
** Jiangsu-based co says its controlling shareholder Qian
Jinghong's wholly-owned Fang Yuan Investment has purchased
424,000 company shares at an average price of HK$13.53 apiece,
raising Fang Yuan's holding to 513.63 mln shares
** Hang Seng Composite Index .HSCI and Hang Seng Index
.HSI both gain 0.7%
** Stock up 5.4% YTD
