 * Potential discloseable and connected transaction in relation to acquisition 
of the entire equity interest in Dafeng harbour port logistics company 
limited  8310.HK  
 * Directors have re-considered terms of lapsed acquisition with view to secure 
approval of shareholders so as to pursue acquisition of entire equity 
interest in target co 
 * Purchaser, an indirect unit of co, and seller entered into the strategic 
purchase agreement 
 * Says consideration of the acquisition has been reduced to RMB52 million with 
better payment terms 
 * Refers to announcement dated 13 November 2015 in relation to the lapsed 
acquisition 
 * Purchaser and the seller will enter into the equity transfer agreement"
