have any material adverse impact on financial performance and operation 
 * Winding up petition was based on a claim by petitioner in the sum of 
hk$20,780.14 for services provided by petitioner 
 * On 9 December 2015, a winding up order was granted by court against global 
cargo, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of company
