Prysmian negotiating with YOFC to sell stake in Chinese group

MILAN, Feb 24 (Reuters) - Italy's Prysmian  PRY.MI  is in 
talks with Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Co 
 6869.HK  to sell its stake in the Hong Kong-listed group, the 
cable maker CFO Pier Francesco Facchini said on Wednesday. 
    "We are discussing with our partner to sell our stake in the 
group... it is not a done deal yet, but talks are underway," 
Facchini told an analyst conference on 2015 results.
