    ** Shares of drug developer VYNE Therapeutics Inc  VYNE.O 
jump 45% to $4.54
    ** Stock set for its biggest one-day pct gain in over 3
months
    ** Company says its experimental drug to treat a type of
lung disease showed statistically significant reductions in lung
scarring, compared with placebo in a pre-clinical animal study  
    ** The drug candidate, VYN201, is being developed to treat
idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis characterized by lung scarring and
difficulty breathing - VYNE     
    ** VYN201 treatment also resulted in significant
improvements in blood oxygen levels and functional lung volume
or the volume of air remaining in the lungs after a normal,
passive exhalation, says company
    ** Including session's gains, stock up ~77% YTD
