Dec 2 (Reuters) - Yashili International Holdings Ltd  1230.HK : 
 
 * Purchaser and the seller entered into the equity transfer agreement 
 * Deal for approximately hk$1.23 billion 
 * Seller has conditionally agreed to sell the entire equity interest of Dumex China 
 * Mengniu Dairy and Danone Singapore agreed that the parties will not proceed  with the transactions contemplated under the proposed share subscription 
 * Mengniu Dairy will not issue any new shares to Danone Singapore pursuant to  the mou 
 * Danone Singapore will not be subscribing for new shares in MENGNIU DAIRY pursuant to the mou
