95 cents in premarket trade
    ** Sees Q3 total net revenues to be between RMB686.3 million
and RMB772.1 million, representing Y-O-Y decline of about 10% to
20%
    ** Reports 9.8% decline in second quarter revenue to 
RMB858.6 million 
    ** "Beauty industry experienced a modest post-COVID recovery
during the second quarter of 2023" - co
    ** As of last close, U.S.-listed shares of YSG down about
33% YTD
