Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Mr. Ravindra Pandey,
consequent to his superannuation from State Bank of India ("SBI"), as at the
close of business today i.e. June 30, 2022, has submitted his resignation from
the Board of Directors of the Bank.

 

Accordingly, Mr. Ravindra Pandey ceases to be the Nominee Director
(Non-Executive) of State Bank of India on the Board of the Bank with effect
from close of business today, i.e. June 30, 2022.
