In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on October 23, 2020 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q2) and half year ended September 30, 2020 and took note of the Limited Review Report thereon, submitted by M/s M.P. Chitale & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Bank pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
