We inform you that Mr. Swaminathan Janakiraman, has submitted his resignation as a Nominee Director, appointed by State Bank of India on the Board of YES Bank Limited.
 
In his letter, Mr. Swaminathan Janakiraman, has conveyed that State Bank of India will shortly
nominate a replacement in his place.
 
Accordingly, Mr. Swaminathan Janakiraman, ceases to be Director of the Bank with effect from end of today i.e. October 28, 2020.
