In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on April 30, 2021 have approved the Audited Standalone Financial Statements of the Bank for the Quarter (Q4) and the year ended March 31, 2021 and the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Bank for the Year ended March 31, 2021. 
 
Copies of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter (Q4) and the year ended March 31, 2021 along with Auditor's Report thereon and the declaration that the Auditors Report on the Results is with unmodified opinion are enclosed herewith.
 
A press release and Investor Presentation on the financial results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 are also enclosed herewith.
