Sub.:  Disclosure under Indian Listing Regulations
 
Pursuant to the Guidelines for Appointment of Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs)/ Statutory Auditors (SAs) of Commercial Banks (excluding RRBs), UCBs and NBFCs (including HFCs) dated April 27, 2021 issued by the Reserve Bank of India ('RBI Guidelines'), the Board of Directors recommended appointment of two audit firms as joint statutory auditors for the financial year ending March 31, 2022 for the approval of the Reserve Bank of India. 
 
In this regard, we would like to inform that RBI vide its letter dated July 01, 2021 has approved the appointment of M/s. M P Chitale & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101851W), for their second year and M/s. Chokshi & Chokshi LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101872W/W100045), for their first year, as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank for the financial year 2021-22.
 
The Bank will separately seek relevant approvals from its Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
