Sub.:  Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended
March 31, 2022 - SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015

 

In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, the Board of
Directors of the Bank in its meeting held today i.e. April 30, 2022 has
inter-alia considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated
Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q4) and Year ended March 31,
2022  together with line items as specified under Regulation 52(4) of Listing
Regulations.

 

Copies of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the
Bank for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2022 along with the Report of
the Joint Statutory Auditors thereon are enclosed herewith for information and
record. The Joint Statutory Auditors have issued the Audit Report with
unmodified opinion on the standalone and consolidated financial results of the
Bank for the year ended March 31, 2022.

 

Pursuant to Listing Regulations, we confirm that the issue proceeds of the
non-convertible debt securities have fully been utilized and that there are no
deviations in the use of the said proceeds from the objects stated in the
Information Memorandum(s) / Disclosure Document(s).

 

Further, in terms of the Listing Regulations, we enclosed herewith the
statement on computation of Security Cover as at March 31, 2022 in respect of
the non-convertible debt securities of the Bank.

 

A Press Release and Investor Presentation on the Financial Results for the
Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2022 are also enclosed herewith for
appropriate dissemination.
