June 08, 2022 wherein the Bank had intimated regarding the 18th Annual General
Meeting (AGM) of the Bank. Please find attached herewith a copy of the Notice
of the AGM of the Bank scheduled to be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 10:30
AM through video-conferencing (VC) / other audiovisual means (OVAM) and the
Annual Report for the F.Y. 2021-22.
