nine months ended December 31, 2021 - SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, the Board of
Directors of the Bank in its meeting held today i.e. January 22, 2022 has
inter-alia approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial
Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31,
2021 and took note of the Limited Review Report thereon, submitted by M/s. M.
P. Chitale & Co. and M/s. Chokshi & Chokshi, Joint Statutory Auditors
of the Bank.

 

Copies of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the
Bank for the Quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31, 2021 along with
the Limited Review Report, Press Release and Investor Presentation on the
Financial Results are enclosed herewith for your records and appropriate
dissemination.
