Sub.:  Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ended June 30,
2022 - Indian Listing Regulations

 

In terms of the Indian Listing Regulations and other applicable provisions, if
any, the Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held today i.e.  July
23, 2022 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and
Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter (Q1) ended June 30,
2022 together with line items as specified under Regulation 52(4) of Indian
Listing Regulations.

 

Copies of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the
Bank for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report
of the Joint Statutory Auditors thereon are enclosed herewith for information
and record.

 

Pursuant to the aforesaid Listing Regulations, we confirm that the issue
proceeds of the non-convertible debt securities have fully been utilized and
that there are no deviations in the use of the said proceeds from the objects
stated in the Information Memorandum(s) / Disclosure Document(s).

 

A Press Release and Investor Presentation on the Financial Results for the
Quarter ended June 30, 2022 are also enclosed herewith for appropriate
dissemination.
