Sub.:  Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and half year
ended September 30, 2022 - Indian Listing Regulations

 

In terms of the Indian Listing Regulations and other applicable provisions, if
any, the Board of Directors of the Bank at their meeting held today i.e.
October 22, 2022 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited
Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter (Q2)
and half year ended September 30, 2022  together with line items as specified
under Regulation 52(4) of Listing Regulations.

 

Copies of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the
Bank for the quarter ended and half year ended September 30, 2022 along with
the Limited Review Report of the Joint Statutory Auditors thereon are enclosed
herewith for information and record.

 

Pursuant to the aforesaid Indian Listing Regulations, we confirm that the
issue proceeds of the non-convertible debt securities have fully been utilized
and that there are no deviations in the use of the said proceeds from the
objects stated in the Information Memorandum(s) / Disclosure Document(s).

 

Further, the Bank has no outstanding secured listed non-convertible debt
securities as on September 30, 2022 and accordingly, the disclosure
requirements in terms of Regulation 54 of the Indian Listing Regulations is
not applicable with respect to the extent and nature of security created &
maintained and security cover available.

 

 

 

A Press Release and Investor Presentation on the Financial Results for the
quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 are also enclosed herewith for
appropriate dissemination.
